Canada Home Maintenance is a trusted local company specializing in home repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team part-time as an Office Clerk & Call Marketing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls to promote our services and follow up with potential clients
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office operations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office administration or telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email; CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
