Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Conveyancing Assistant to join our Sales Conveyance Department. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, enjoys detailed administrative work, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy under pressure. Flexible hours – work can be completed at any time during our operating hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing real estate transaction documents
- Communicating with agents and lawyers
- Ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission of required documentation
- Tracking and reconciling transaction files from conditional to closing stages
- Maintaining file compliance and following brokerage procedures

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
