HVAC Service and Construction company is looking for a Service Coordinator.
Job Duties:
- Issue Work Orders (ESC Tickets), Purchase Orders, and Quotes.
- Enter A/P invoices
- Prepare Work Orders for Invoicing, obtaining Purchase Orders from Clients
- Getting Quotes from Suppliers for Material and Equipment
- Working with Subcontractors and getting Quotes
- Communicate with customers in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment repair.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
- Record and Maintain Construction Jobs Files
- Order Office and Kitchen Supplies
- Keep Kitchen area clean
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Previous experience working in HVAC company is an asset.
Training will be provided.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
