Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced part-time cleaner to service two commercial properties located in Tsawwassen and South Surrey. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who can maintain our properties to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping and general cleaning of common areas and parking lots.
- Regular removal of debris, cigarette butts, and garbage.
- Watering of plants.
- Emptying waste bins serving the properties.
- Establishing routine cleaning schedules and anticipating adjustments for holidays.
- Prompt reporting of any incidents or maintenance concerns to head office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating strong self-management.
- Must follow instructions carefully and adhere to established safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity or comfort with using a time-tracking app is beneficial.
