Painter / Crew Member – J&B Quality Painters
Compensation: $22–$33/hr + Bonus Pay

What You’ll Do
- Deliver 5-star client experiences on interior and exterior jobs
- Follow detailed scopes, prep surfaces, apply coatings with precision
- Keep tools, van, and job sites organized and clean
- Communicate clearly with crew leads and team members
- Finish on time, with minimal touch-ups or callbacks
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of painting experience
- Reliable, on time, and takes ownership
- Coachable, open to feedback, and a fast learner
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
