Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 40 hours per week.
Wage: $ 35 per hour.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent hands-on experience in the field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in painting services, with a proven track record of handling various painting tasks, including surface preparation and paint application.
Experience working with a variety of coatings, materials, and tools used in the painting trade.
Additional Skills (preferred but not mandatory):
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices on construction sites
- Familiarity with estimating material requirements and timelines for projects
- Ability to advise clients on color selection and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to meet deadlines
Language Skills: English, ensure effective communication with team members and safety protocols.
JOB DUTIES
Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
Repair cracks and holes
Mix paint to desired color and texture
Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Estimate costs and materials
Working Conditions: Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all weather conditions.
