Key Responsibilities
- Prep and protect surfaces to a high standard before applying paint
- Perform interior and exterior repaints using brush, roll, and spray methods
- Repair drywall, caulk, sand, and patch as needed to ensure a smooth finish
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with minimal disruption to clients
- Communicate clearly with crew leads and customers throughout each project
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and timelines
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional residential painting experience
- Proficient in cutting in, rolling, masking, and basic surface repair
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Available Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Ability to work on ladders and exterior sites safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and ability to work independently or in a team
