About the Role:
A well-established player in the craft brewing industry is looking for a Cellar & Packaging Technician to support beer production, fermentation, and packaging operations. If you’re passionate about quality beer and want to grow your experience in a hands-on production environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Cellaring & Fermentation
- Monitor fermentation temperatures, pressures, and CO₂ levels
- Perform beer transfers, dry hopping, and carbonation
- Sanitize tanks, lines, and other brewery equipment
- Handle yeast management, beer filtration, and quality control
Packaging
- Operate equipment for canning and kegging
- Inspect packaged products for fill levels, seam quality, and labeling
- Maintain packaging equipment and prepare products for shipment
- Wrap pallets and ensure safe, organized storage
General Duties
- Keep workspaces clean and organized
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory and production tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- Experience in a brewery or food/beverage production setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset

- Ability to lift up to 25kg (55 lbs)
- Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for long periods
- Ability to work in warm, loud environments with pressurized systems and cleaning chemicals
