Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in assisted living, nursing homes, and home care settings. This role involves working closely with seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or manager.
- Foster a respectful and trusting relationship with clients while promoting their independence.
Experience
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and dementia care is a plus.
- Proven skills in caregiving, including medication administration, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- A compassionate approach to providing care for others is essential.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
