Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to analyze market trends. This position requires an individual who is comfortable with outside sales and has experience using Salesforce for account management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to educate clients about product offerings and benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Experience in business development or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
