What We Expect:
This is a physically demanding role, ideal for those who love to stay active and take on challenges head-on. If you enjoy solving problems and take pride in hard work, you'll fit right in. However, if you're not physically fit or prefer a sedentary lifestyle, this might not be the right fit.
Your Responsibilities:
● Working on ladders and at heights
● Delivering outstanding customer service
● Driving company vehicles to job sites
● Flawless window cleaning
● Using safety equipment correctly
● Operating boom lifts
● Pressure washing
● Roof and gutter cleaning
● Soft washing
● Holiday light installation
● Maintaining a clean and organized shop
● Committing to continuous learning and growth
Pay & Compensation:
Starting pay is $20/hr plus review bonuses and tips. Raises are performance-based and can occur once a month for the right candidate. Our goal is to make it easy to earn $25/hr plus, and most employees earn between $25-$30/hr with base pay, review bonuses, and tips.
Most companies leave you high and dry when it comes time to give you a raise. We make a road map and tell you exactly what needs to happen to get you earning more income. We believe an employee earning $30/hr is far more valuable than one stuck at $20/hr.
