Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1 year experience, minimum, and will be responsible for communicating with clients, working in a team environment, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. This role requires a strong work ethics, effective communication skills, attention to details, a commitment to customer service, to manage time effectively while performing cleaning, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high standards of service and to address any specific requests or concerns. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes in a fast-paced environment. Handle heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations. Assist with equipment maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is well-kept and operational.
Requirements 1+ year experience. Being comfortable with heights and working outside in various weather. Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting, and handling heavy tools/equipment. Friendly personality and committed to great customer service. A strong work ethic and highly dependable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
