You will play an important role in supporting the optometrist, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with scheduling, pre-testing, and frame selection
- Conduct pre-testing and diagnostic imaging
- Assist patients with eyeglass frame and lens selection, adjustments, and fittings
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings and eyewear care
- Handle billing, insurance submissions and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of optical displays and work areas
- Dry eye knowledge and comfortable with learning Radio Frequency and IPL to treat meibomian gland dysfunction ( we will train)
Qualifications

Previous experience in an optometric office or optical environment is a requirement
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and equipment
- Team player with a positive attitude
