Job Summary

Knowledge of scheduling systems, OHIP billings and optometric machines are an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet patients and complete medical records
- Schedule patient appointments and handles all inquiries
- Promptly answer telephone in a courteous, professional manner
- Assist patients with eyewear and frame selection
- Adjust glasses as required for patients
- Training patients on contact lens fitting and removal
- Complete administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate in providing superior patient experience
- Fluent written and verbal in English
- Flexibility in weekly hours
- Willing to work some evenings, Fridays and Saturdays
- Able to multitask and well organized
- Team player
Proximity to the office an asset
