Duties:
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Conduct automated tests prior to patient examinations (training will be provided).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Retail experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven proficiency in customer service.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 35 per week
