Operations Specialist – City Wide Radiator
City Wide Radiator is currently seeking a qualified Operations Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid background in the automotive, heavy truck, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Look up and order parts, including heat exchangers
- Measure and assess radiators and heat exchanger cores
- Advise customers on both light-duty and heavy-duty air conditioning systems
- Prepare invoices and assist with procurement and inventory management
- Support the General Manager with operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
- Neat and professional in both appearance and written communication
- Mechanically inclined with a working knowledge of heating and cooling systems
- Experience in a shop environment, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
