What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can help us stay organized, keep orders flowing, and bring fresh energy to the team. This is a hands-on role that blends office coordination, customer service, and the chance to take on special projects that shape how we grow.
If you’re dependable, organized, and eager to be part of something with big potential, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep daily operations organized: supply orders, inventory management, basic office coordination.
- Handle customer service emails and social media inquiries (approx. 1 hr/day).
- Assist or lead small projects in sales, marketing, or operations—depending on your skills and interests.
- Support order fulfillment (pick, pack, ship) and production tasks (like cutting DTF sheets).
What Success Looks Like:
- You’re reliable, consistent, and keep things on track without needing micromanagement.
- You take initiative—whether it’s solving small problems or suggesting improvements.
- You help keep the team organized so others can focus on sales, creative work, and big-picture goals.
What We Offer:
- Small team environment where your contributions matter.
- Opportunity to learn new skills and take on varied projects.
- Participation in special events (2–3 times/year).
Optional Path (for candidates interested): Potential to grow into a leadership role with 5–10% ownership stake based on long-term commitment, contribution, and company growth.
Who You Are:
- Organized, positive, dependable.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and learning on the fly.
- A team player who likes to see things done right.
- Bonus: You have a skill that could grow with us—marketing, content creation, events, operations, you name it.
How to Apply:
Send us your resume and a quick note telling us:
1 Why you’d be a great fit for STÄRK Hockey.
