Personal Shopper - Sales & Service Expert

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
- Guide customers on a tailored shopping journey, making the most of your selling expertise to highlight promotions, new products, and special offers.
- Become an expert in our product lineup, ensuring every client gets the perfect recommendation.
- Use your proactive sales techniques to make outbound calls, helping meet and exceed your sales targets.
- Manage inbound call queues effectively, keeping call abandonment rates low.
- Consistently hit or surpass your individual sales goals.
- Commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, in-office (2080 Piper Lane, London, ON) and then opportunity to go hybrid.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of call center experience, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A quick thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to stay on top of shifting priorities.
- Strong proficiency in technology, especially Microsoft Office and database management.
- Calm under pressure, with the professionalism to handle challenging situations.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
