The Role
Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a Administrative Assistant for our Toronto office. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, ‘can-do’ attitude and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed
Work with Marketing Department, as needed
Arrange all travel, as needed
Input and update contact information in Salesforce
Input and update opportunity and project information in Microsoft Dynamics
Scheduling, calendar management
Assist Office Manager and Leadership, as needed
Provide documentation support for project managers
Special projects, as needed
Requirements
1-3 years of previous administrative experience in an office environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Microsoft Dynamics and TEAMS experience a plus
