Administrative Assistant
Since 1994, The Bagogloo Team has been recognized locally, nationally, and internationally as proven top performers for RE/MAX in the Maritimes. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our team’s administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide daily administrative support to agents and manage office communications.
- Maintain and update listings and transactions in Paragon and other databases.
- Ensure compliance with MLS regulations and follow up on necessary documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new agents.
- Handle light bookkeeping duties and track office expenses.
- Organize and manage office files, contracts, and other essential documents.
- Coordinate team schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with transaction management software and office technology.
- Provide support with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Marketing & Creative Support:
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, signage, etc.)
- Coordinate and maintain content for our website and social media channels
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletter content
- Edit and format listing photos and marketing materials for new properties
- Assist with event promotion and team campaigns
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education required.
- Minimum two years of administrative experience (real estate experience an asset).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
- Experience with MLS systems and CRM software is an asset.
- An eye for design and a basic understanding of graphic design tools (such as Canva) would be a strong asset, though formal training as a graphic designer is not required.
- Experience with video editing would be an asset.
Compensation & How to Apply:
- $18-$22 Hourly, negotiable based on relevant qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
