Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Office Assistant will be responsible for helping with payroll, accounts payable and receivables.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance efficiency.
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Jonas software is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are required for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
