Super Serve is a vibrant and fast-growing ice cream shop known for our delicious treats, fun atmosphere, and commitment to excellent customer service. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our back-office operations.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running behind the scenes. From managing records and schedules to supporting HR , your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us deliver a seamless customer experience from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff schedules and assist with rostering
- Manage inventory records and liaise with suppliers
- Assist with payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep documentation organised (invoices, receipts, health & safety forms, etc.)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff communication
- Monitor and respond to admin-related emails and customer enquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the Store Manager and business owner
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Friendly, adaptable, and reliable
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus (but not essential)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$42.40 per hour
