Overview
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the company to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Beautiful office located in downtown Squamish. Work days are Mondays to Fridays. (possible option for 4 days a week)
Responsibilities
· answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
· receive and direct visitors and clients
· general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
· maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
· prepare written responses to routine enquiries
· open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
· bank runs and other errands as specified
· maintain office supply inventories
· receive and process deliveries
· coordinate maintenance of office equipment
· some entry level bookkeeping and property management tasks as directed by the accounts manager

Education and Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
