Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to staff and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must have Class 5 Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll time entries and data entry.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Operate and maintain office phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the team.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and updates to team members efficiently.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe.
- Punctual, dependable and devoted.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Solid administrative skills with a focus on organization and detail-oriented tasks.
