Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Project Management & Client Coordination
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
