Office Administrator for Growing Family Business
We are a small, family-owned business looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper functioning.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
* Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing materials.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and data entry, as needed.
* Support the management team with various administrative projects.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
* Strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). And QuickBooks Online.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
