- Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Monitor emails and follow up.
- Provide support to management and assist with special projects or tasks.
- Provide administrative support to accounting such as Credit card statement preparation.
- Handle emails, redirect them to appropriate individuals and confirm completion.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in excel spreadsheets, databases and other software systems.
