Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple renovation and turnover projects. You will be the on-site lead ensuring quality control, contractor coordination, and timeline management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on renovation sites
- Schedule and supervise trades and subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Report project updates to upper management
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction or renovations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and safety practices
- Own vehicle and tools preferred
