Position Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Admin Team. The successful candidate must be organized and detail oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial or administrative experience working in a law firm or comparable professional setting
- Those without this requisite experience will not be considered
Main Duties
- Providing general administrative support to the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager
- Communicate with staff, financial institutions, and clients regarding transactions
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance and overall office upkeep
- Assisting with planning and coordinating company events
- Other duties as required
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related work experience is preferred
- Experience with Esilaw 360 and/or Unity Accounting is desirable
- Related education would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain a well organized work environment.
