Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing customer support
-Responding to daily office correspondences and operations
-Developing new customer and supplier relationships
-Preparing materials and simple project drawings for submission
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the working area.
-Monitoring and managing social media accounts for the organization.
-Creating and posting engaging content on various social media platforms.
-Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
-Staying updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize the organization's online presence.
- Maintain and update the showroom displays.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- 2 year+ construction customer service experience is an asset
- Able to multi-task (think, talk and type) in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software
- 1 year+ social media marketing experience is preferred
