Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Guest Service Administrator to join our team at Massage Addict Milton. The Guest Service Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience while managing daily administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain the clinic’s calendar.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and handle billing accurately using our clinic management software.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area and clinic.
- Assist with client intake forms and ensure client records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Promote Massage Addict services, memberships, and products to clients.
- Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration is preferred. Experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with booking or POS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attributes:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
