The Role: Office Administrator
As the first point of contact for Lifestyle Storage, you’ll manage daily operations, support customers, and help maintain a welcoming and professional facility.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with rentals, payments, and inquiries
- Use Google Workspace and our storage software (Sitelink) for daily tasks
- Keep the office, washrooms, and storage units clean and presentable
- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains secure and well-maintained
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential clients
What We’re Looking For
- A self-motivated, reliable individual with a proactive mindset
- Someone eager to grow with a new and exciting business
- Comfortable using office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willing to assist with light cleaning and basic upkeep
- No self-storage experience needed, we’ll provide full training
Compensation & Schedule
- Wage: $25.00 per hour
- Annual Benefits Package: $2,000.00
