Office Admin – Markham (In-Office)

Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM | Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly organized Office Admin to keep our operations running seamlessly. From coordinating office services to managing budgets and deadlines, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• You are the go-to-person to ensure the office operations are running well
• Oversee daily office operations, procedures and Bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry with high attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks, office supplies inventory, and reporting
• Manage Admin work such as providing customer service to clients, speaking to partners etc.

What You Bring:

• Experience working within Packaging Industry directly or indirectly (EXTRA+ POINTS for this)
• Strong Attention to Detail, organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (Extra Points)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Cantonese/Mandarin (Optional - but nice to have)
