- Load, secure, and transport wheelchair bound clients, or ambulatory clients, with care and attention
- Obey all motor vehicle and traffic laws and regulations
- Be able to follow GPS and/or verbal driving directions
- Unload and port clients into appointments safely
- Assist in registering clients, if help is needed
- Keep proper care of any accompanying patient paperwork
- Keep contact with dispatch about departures, arrivals, and status of calls
- Keep a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
