Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and community service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional public speaking skills, and a deep commitment to educating others in their faith. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate and present messages that inspire and uplift the community.
Duties
- Lead worship services, including preaching sermons and conducting religious ceremonies.
- Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals and families, including those in hospice care.
- Educate the congregation through Bible studies, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth and community involvement.
- Communicate effectively with congregants, staff, and community members to foster a welcoming environment.
- Write engaging sermons, newsletters, and other materials that reflect the mission of the church.
- Collaborate with church leadership to plan events and initiatives that support the church’s objectives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Strong public speaking abilities with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting sermons and educational materials.
- Ability to educate individuals of all ages about faith-related topics.
- Experience or training in hospice care is a plus but not mandatory.
- A deep commitment to serving the community and fostering a supportive church environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,063.34-$60,000.00 per year
