About the Role
Are you an experienced Network Administrator with a passion for designing, maintaining, and supporting robust IT infrastructure? We're looking for a technically skilled and service-driven professional to join our team as a Network Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, planning, and support of both internal systems and customer-facing networks.
This is a hands-on position that combines technical leadership with day-to-day support and troubleshooting—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Administer and Support IT Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers (Windows/Linux).
- Lead Network Design and Implementation: Assist in planning and deploying secure, scalable network solutions including Fixed Wireless, Fiber/WAN, SD-WAN, and remote connectivity.
- Manage Monitoring Tools: Implement and maintain monitoring systems to ensure 24/7 uptime and rapid issue resolution.
- Provide Technical Support: Deliver responsive support to internal teams and broadband customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Pre-Deployment Setup: Program, configure, and test new hardware and systems prior to rollout.
- Participate in On-Call Rotation: Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis as part of the IT support team.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field technicians and onsite staff during installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Enhance System Security: Implement and manage security best practices across all systems.
- Document Systems and Processes: Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and service records.
- Support Team Growth: Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training efforts.

What We're Looking For
- Solid experience administering networks in a multi-platform environment
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, VLANs, and routing/switching
- Comfortable working in both support and infrastructure planning capacities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to participate in on-call and after-hours support when needed
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
