We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Administrator to be the first smiling face our students and families see when they walk in the door.
Working Hours ：
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities ：
- Greet students and parents in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous way
- Schedule and reschedule lessons using our internal booking system
- Manage student attendance records and teacher schedules
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Support basic administrative tasks as needed
Who You Are
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
- Excellent communication skills (in English; French is a plus)
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Experience in a school, music studio, or customer service environment is an asset
- A love for music or working with children is a bonus!
Job Type: Part-time
