Summary
We are seeking a Motel Supervisor to join our team at Motel 6 Brooks. Located in Brooks, this role is vital for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and support. As a Motel Supervisor, you will contribute significantly to our mission of achieving high guest satisfaction ratings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the motel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk staff and coordinate night audit activities
- Implement effective customer service strategies
- Monitor budgeting and revenue management processes
- Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Enhance guest relations through proactive communication
- Collaborate with ownership on property enhancements and community initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or motel management
- Strong leadership skills with supervising experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audits
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in guest relations and hotel operations is preferred
