Summary
We are seeking a passionate Kitchen equipment repair technician specially for Middle Eastern style equipments. Such Pide , manakish , lahmacun ovens. Shawarma machines, Doner machines, Middle Eastern style double blade food processor. Skewer kebob machine repair man. Yufka machine repair , lokma machine repair technician to join our dynamic team in Breslau , ON.
Responsibilities
- Identify issue with special equipment meant to use for middle eastern style cook.
- Find out the issue prepare parts and service.
- Prepare the machine, supply the service install the machine for customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and repair the machines specially for Tukish kitchen , Syria, Lebanon, Iranian kitchen machines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management for the parts may use for special machines.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Able to have knowledge in middle Eastern style kitchen equipment
- Must be able to identify problems with kitchen equipment for middle eastern area.
- Repair required for the machines such, Manakesh , lahmacun , afghan style bread , Iraqe style bread oven.
- Turkish style lokma machine repair
- Turkish style tea machine.
- Double blade food processor machine,
- Kebab skewer style machine. Robot doner machine
- Yufka machine , shawarma and doner machine repair.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to quality.
- Must have at list one year experience in middle eastern style machine repair.
- Speaking Turkish or arabic languages essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.35 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
