As the first point of contact you will be the face and voice of Ola Fit For Life while serving our members, guests and team members. Exceeding customer service by welcoming our members with warm smiles, addressing members by their names and going above and beyond their expectations is what we expect you to offer. Along with creating a judgement free, safe and comfortable environment for our members, you are passionate about health and fitness and can relate to our members and their fitness goals.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every member and guest in a warm, friendly and energetic manner.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Setup new members and Guest trial transactions.
- Check-in members into the system.
- Give prospective members tours of the club.
- Update member’s accounts as needed.
- Quickly and accurately execute all functions of transaction handling.
- Perform all opening/closing procedures and operations.
- Handle member’s questions and their concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to a manager when needed.
- Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the fitness club.
- Always be available and visible to members for assistance and to answer questions.
- Ability to approach and start conversation with new people and potential members about their fitness goals and introduce them to personal training packages and group training classes.
- Ability to lift between 20 to 40 lbs.
- Help to create a clean and tidy environment for all our members.
- Assist with projects or other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Possess current certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid.
- Have exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Able to multi-task, problem solve, work hard be trustworthy and have personal integrity.
- Able to work in a team environment supporting your team members.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and use gym management software and Microsoft Office software to create member plans, schedule appointments, schedule classes and process transactions as needed.
- Able to proactively communicate issues or concerns & be solution-oriented.
- Flexible Schedule; Able to take a mix of morning, evening and some weekend shifts.
- Stays current with new relevant fitness trends and share with other team members.
