Job description:
Absolute PhysioCare & Sports Rehab. is a multidisciplinary clinic comprised of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists and Chiropractors. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated employee who is eager to work as an experienced medical office assistant (MOA). We need someone who is a team player and who is able to multitask at a very high level.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Jane App - 1 year
- Background in WSBC/ICBC/MSP
- Scheduling
- Can multi task
Bonus points if you have:
- Social Media Experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Phone & reception, appointments, billing, office management, therapist support
