The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Beyond the typical MOA responsibilities, we are seeking someone interested in office management and business development.
Responsibilities:
- As part of a rapidly growing clinic, you will work directly with the owner to design and implement systems for optimal patient care
- Maintain a clean, orderly, safe office environment for patients
- Greet patients and check-in patients, both over the phone and in person
- Schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails and patient inquiries
- Receive payments and prepare billings in the computerized system for processing as well as A/R
- Assist clinicians with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in the design and implementation of digital marketing
The hours we are ideally seeking to fill are:
Mondays 2:30pm-8::15pm
Tuesdays: 7:30 am- 1 pm
Wednesday: 3 pm to 8:15 pm
Thursdays: 7:30 am- 1 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
