Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and have experience in various beauty and wellness services. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments, ensuring client safety, and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and usage of our skincare products.
- Offer exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist clients with makeup application, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products and services effectively, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that prioritizes customer comfort and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in laser treatments or a related field such as Medical or health background is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or retail sales is essential.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use clinic software.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
