We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join our small, high-end clinical office. This position offers flexibility with 2 days per week, including some work-from-home opportunities. There is potential for growth, including commissions on sales, and the development of aesthetic skills as you expand within the role and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assistance with daily office tasks and clinical procedures as needed
- Organize and manage personal errands and business-related appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare and distribute a weekly appointment calendar
- Manage communications with all patients, problem solving,including responding to texts, phone calls, and emails
- Update and maintain databases and medical records
- Handle supply ordering and stocking
- Perform general office upkeep and maintenance tasks
- Assist manager with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A self-starter, ability to independently problem solve
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and computer skills
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
- Friendly, easy-going, and personable with a positive attitude
Experience
· Social media posting and marketing,
· Previous reception/client service experience,
· Access to a reliable vehicle would be considered an asset.
