Specific Skills: Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use, Remove bones from meat, Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Prepare special orders, Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood, Cut poultry into parts, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
