Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to manage daily online marketing activities for our dry cleaning and laundry business. You will be responsible for social media content creation, ad campaigns, engagement growth, and local promotions across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and local platforms.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, understands social media algorithms, and can drive customer acquisition through compelling digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content (videos, reels, posts, stories) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and local platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build an active online community.
- Run paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and optimize for conversions (website visits, bookings).
✅ Content Creation & Branding
- Develop short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) showcasing laundry tips, behind-the-scenes, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Design simple graphics (Canva) and write engaging captions.
- Collaborate with influencers/local bloggers for partnerships.
✅ Local Marketing & Promotions
- Run geo-targeted ads to attract nearby customers.
- Manage Google My Business, Yelp, and local directories for SEO.
- Plan seasonal promotions (e.g., “Winter Coat Special,” “Express Delivery Discount”).
✅ Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, ad ROI).
- Adjust strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ 1-3 years of social media marketing experience (preferably in local services, e-commerce, or retail).
✔ Strong skills in TikTok/Reels content creation, Meta Ads, and basic graphic design (Canva/CapCut).
✔ Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
✔ Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
Salary Range (CAD) – Competitive & Attractive
$45,000 – $65,000/year (Full-time, based on experience)
$20 – $30/hour (Part-time/Freelance)
