“PBS is the fastest growing “All Inclusive Business Platform” vendor in North America and we’ve only just begun! “
The Opportunity:
We are changing the way people buy and service cars one dealership at a time. In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.
We are unique in the industry because we view our customers as business partners, technology innovators, and friends. Our software can run all aspects of an automotive dealership with sales, service, inventory management, and accounting modules.
The Role:
Some people look - you see. That minor misalignment, that subtle shift in copy tone. You don't just notice them, you feel them. Combine your eye for detail with tasteful art direction, and you're ready to be our Marketing Manager who inspires and leads a team of specialists to create work that truly resonates with our audience.
You'll oversee the creation and development of diverse marketing projects, spanning CRM Email Marketing, Graphic Design, Video, and Content Production. This role thrives in an exciting, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment, delivering high-profile outcomes. You'll be crucial in executing marketing events and customer loyalty and retention strategies, ultimately promoting PBS's offerings and establishing brand loyalty through consistent engagement at every customer touchpoint.
As a soft-skills leader adept at managing diverse personalities, you'll report to the Director of Marketing Operations, overseeing a team of 6 direct reports.
