We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the college’s marketing strategy. This role is central to building brand awareness, driving student enrollment, and positioning Logan College as a premier destination for fashion education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans to support student recruitment, events, and brand visibility.
- Create compelling campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email, print, and video.
- Collaborate with admissions, faculty, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage the college’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance using metrics and data insights; adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Plan and oversee promotional events, open houses, and fashion showcases.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets as needed.
- Stay up to date on fashion, education, and marketing trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in education or fashion industries.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
- Strong creative, strategic, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of fashion education.
