About the Role/Team:
Oracle Health is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the Technology Consulting organization as a Manager, Solution Integration. We are on a journey to advance how health happens with custom reporting and data solutions that empower patients, support clinicians, and fosters continuity of care.
This position will interact will all levels of organization members with responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project success. You will be responsible for providing and ensuring quality work on customer engagements while managing a team of consulting architects and engineers. As a member of the Integrated Technology Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality project is delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our customer’s satisfaction.
Within this role you are accountable for the operational and overall project success metrics. You will manage a team of individual contributors and will be asked to drive business opportunities through a portfolio of moderate to complex initiatives. Your team will consist of an innovative consulting team who leverage their broad experience with Millennium products and database architecture to create solutions to address customer technical and business problems. A strong focus will be on process improvement, establishing team standards, and achieving business objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work with the leaders within Integrated Technology Consulting organization to develop and communicate a plan to execute on vision and strategy.
- Responsible for the success of a portfolio for data management and migration and subsequent initiatives
- Provide oversight to project teams to design and implement solutions that meet necessary requirements.
- Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues.
- Identify and drive service line opportunities across Data Management and Migration consulting services.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives while ensuring buy in from senior leadership.
- Develop business case justifications for projects and initiatives.
- Develop/evaluate tracking tools and measures to support initiatives.
- Liaise/build relationships with and support collaboration across varying teams within Oracle Health.
People Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct the work efforts and results of a team of individual contributors.
- Develop individual contributors through coaching performance, performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
- Promote diversity within the organization and create a respectful work environment.
Education & Experience:
- Preferred 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 3 years of Healthcare Professional Services Consulting experience required.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a Healthcare managerial role.
- Preferred experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL), Oracle SQL, APEX, and Discern Rules.
- Experience with LEAN management practices.
- Strong background in Oracle Health Millennium (formerly Cerner Millennium).
- Ability to lead, engage, mobilize, and motivate teams to accomplish goals.
- Healthcare industry knowledge required.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized with sound decision making skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.
- Ability to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $76,700 to $167,600 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

This role regularly interacts with customers across North America, so a professional level of English is required. A proficiency of French is required for candidates residing in Quebec, otherwise it is considered an asset.
