What is the Opportunity?
The Manager, Talent Strategy & Integration will be a key contributor in supporting the TS&I team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), responsible for supporting Capital Markets HR strategic objectives, key initiatives, and solutions.
What will you do?
Collaborate with leadership to implement talent strategies that align with business objectives and drive workforce effectiveness.
Partner with the Talent Integration team and HRBPs to understand data needs, deliver reporting and identify key data insights that drive informed decision-making.
Apply data analysis and reporting expertise to perform diverse analytical projects and assignments.
Contribute to standardizing processes and operational improvements, building and maintaining data, reporting and dashboards.
Support and collaborate with HRBPs, as a trusted partner, by delivering critical support throughout our performance enablement cycle, ongoing talent initiatives and analytical needs.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to foster collaboration and alignment on key initiatives.
Identify talent gaps and work with stakeholders to develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Support the development of a collaborative and inclusive workplace by promoting inclusion strategies.
Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management practices and communication strategies.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services and/or HR.
Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formula building.
Proficient in business analysis, data analytics and reporting & dashboards.
Excellent problem solving and analytical mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results.
Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity.
Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team.
Experience in time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to adapt and change to fit the need of the requests
