Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

The Manager, Talent Strategy & Integration will be a key contributor in supporting the TS&I team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), responsible for supporting Capital Markets HR strategic objectives, key initiatives, and solutions.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement talent strategies that align with business objectives and drive workforce effectiveness.

  • Partner with the Talent Integration team and HRBPs to understand data needs, deliver reporting and identify key data insights that drive informed decision-making.

  • Apply data analysis and reporting expertise to perform diverse analytical projects and assignments.

  • Contribute to standardizing processes and operational improvements, building and maintaining data, reporting and dashboards.

  • Support and collaborate with HRBPs, as a trusted partner, by delivering critical support throughout our performance enablement cycle, ongoing talent initiatives and analytical needs.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to foster collaboration and alignment on key initiatives.

  • Identify talent gaps and work with stakeholders to develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

  • Support the development of a collaborative and inclusive workplace by promoting inclusion strategies.

  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management practices and communication strategies.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services and/or HR.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting.

  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formula building.

  • Proficient in business analysis, data analytics and reporting & dashboards.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results.

  • Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Ability to adapt and change to fit the need of the requests
